Closet Redux

I'm super excited to partner with Starbucks again this summer to share some great closet upgrade tips and also my love for their  Bottled Starbucks® Iced Coffee. You guys know that I have a little  Starbucks obsession, right? No joke, I hit gold status by February 1st of this year. #coffeeaddict

A few months ago I had a serious itch for change. Do you ever feel that way? It happens to me about once a year and I'm certain it has to do with the fact that from ages 4-21ish we were trained to expect a change every year: a new grade with a new teacher, different friend groups, etc. Once college is over and real life happens, goodbye yearly newness and hello grown-up world. #thestruggleisreal

Anywho, initially I thought deep  spring cleaning and some re-organizing might do the trick, but that wasn't enough and I decided to move. With this new place I'm determined to be super organized (it's not really my forte) and enlisted the help of my  friend Jen. Jen is one of those people who likes loves organizing; she can walk into any room and point out 5 ways to better utilize the space. The first thing Jen suggested was investing in matching  huggable hangers that will provide some unison to my closet + save tons of space.
On Sunday, I attempted an entire hanger overhaul with a little boost from my go-to iced coffee. Ugh speaking of change, my new place is nowhere near a Sbux. Say what? The only good thing is that I fell in love with  Bottled Starbucks® Iced Coffee last summer and have stocked my fridge since the move. It tastes almost identical to my typical in-store order: tall in grande iced coffee with milk & sweetener (in case you were wondering)!
All in all it took a little more than an hour and almost 2 Bottled Starbucks® Iced Coffees (don't judge) to do every hanging piece of clothing but the results were so worth it. Everything looks nice and organized, plus there is so much more room for new goodies!

One thing I will say is that it's a bit of an expensive undertaking if you have a lot of clothes. I had to take multiple trips to Tarjay to pick up more hangers because I underestimated how many hanging pieces I actually had. They're also cheaper online than in-store SO if you have patience (unlike me) definitely order online.

Building a new shoe closet soon. Stay tuned!
