The Only One-Piece You Need This Summer
Slowly getting back to reality after a whirlwind month of getting married and honeymooning! So far the post-wedding blues have yet to set in, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe I can bypass them all together. Before I left on my honeymoon I shared my new found love for Aerie swimwear on IG stories... literally I feel like they came out of nowhere but are KILLING it with super chic styles that are ALWAYS on sale for under $30. I think we all just won the swim lottery!
One style I'm obsessed with is their tie-strap one-piece (wore it on my wedding weekend in coral) and I truly think it's the PERF one-piece for summer or any tropical vacays that may be in your future :

You may be wondering how I prevent nip slips and the answer is hollywood fashion tape. Honestly, if you tie the ties tight enough on this guy you could probably go without the tape BUT for extra precaution it's probably a good idea. The tape sticks ALL day and I even went in the water and never had a problem. This suit also doubles as a bodysuit! During my honeymoon I wore it with shorts for a day of fun in the sun and a skirt for dinner one evening. (Stay tuned, my honeymoon packing list is coming tomorrow.)
For sizing I suggest sizing up a full size on all Aerie swimwear because they are technically made for juniors! I have a few bikinis that came during my honeymoon that I'm excited to try on. So far I've been V pleased with every swim piece I've purchased from them. Make sure to tune into my IG stories on the weekends because I'm always doing try-ons of everything I've ordered the previous weeks; it's a fun little dress-up sesh.
