A Short Story
You know, sometimes it pays off to try something a little bit out of your comfort zone. Enter high-waisted shorts:

Not that I've ever been against high-waisted shorts, they just haven't been my thing. Well that's all changed after taking these fun floral printed shorts for a ride. High waisted shorts are no doubt leg lengthening!
You can't go wrong with J. Crew's 'Blythe' blouse (especially on sale) for everything and anything. The fit is impeccable and the double pocket is super flattering. My fave is keeping it untucked over a pair of dark denim for a casual chic look!
Weekend challenge: try on something that you wouldn't normally wear and see how it feels. It may not come home with you, but at least you'll have fun playing dress up!
