#PursuitgoestoNY: White Out

Pretty fitting that we're snap in the middle of a nor'easter and this post it titled white out. Maybe my NYFW outfits can predict the weather?! Wore this bundled number on Sunday for a few shows and finally broke out my birthday Choos! Other than the new shoes (and bag), I'm proud to say that I shopped my closet for this look...
Lately, I've been drawn to all white outfits (with touches of color or prints in this case). There's something so clean (until you spill wine on it) and refreshing about a head-to-almost-toe white ensemble. Apparently, I wasn't the only one feeling the winter white trend at NYFW because Lucky Editor-in-Chief, Eva Chen, was wearing a sporty white look the very same day.

The best part of this outfit is that my Joes Jeans are from TJ Maxx. Yup, talk about mixing highs & lows! I paired my white jeans with a Zara blazer that I bought awhile back and haven't worn since someone dubbed it "very Miami Vice"... what do they know?! I like it!

The Choos. I had been eyeing them for awhile and finally bit the bullet. They're everything and more, however, I will warn that they're extremely high. Hallie and I joked that you literally have to prep your ankles before getting into them! Psst... I have a very high arch which is why the shoes appear big, but I promise they run true to size and aside from the 4.5" heel, are pretty comfy!*

*Editors note: maybe not the best for temps under 35 degrees when your toes are froze!
