VMA Glam

Over the weekend I had the privilege of getting styled by CLD Style House  for a fun pre-VMA brunch with Caress. Walking into the sequined filled showroom was like a fairytale and trying them on was even more incredible. Add a few glasses of champagne and let's just say this girl was in heaven. At first I was a little intimidated by the SPARKLE but then I reminded myself that there aren't very many opportunities to go glam, so I did it. The detailed sequins is strategically placed to cover all the right places, thank goodness! I paired it with a leather jacket and messy braid to give it more of an edgy feel. When I walked out of the bathroom my bf said "okay, J. Lo!" Considering how Jennifer Lopez looked last night, I'm going to take that as a compliment.

Btw, CLD Style House had a piece that looked like it was pulled straight out of Beyonce's dressing room - SO fierce! What did you guys think of the Beyonce's performance? My fingers and toes are crossed that her and Jay stay together!
