Dog Days of Summer

Hope you guys had a great weekend! We spent the weekend in Calistoga for a wedding and oh-em-gee it's gorgeous up there. How's your wedding count these days? Andy and I still have two more coming up and they're both black tie. Eeek, we will cross that outfit bridge when we get there!

 It's about that time of the year when all I want to wear is a bathing suit or an easy breezy dress. Ain't nobody got time for pants! This dress from Chicwish has been a lifesaver the past few weeks through all my travels:

I used to be really scared of off-the-shoulder styles because I have slightly broader shoulders (damn high school swim!) but lately I've been totally embracing them. The best part about a chambray/denim style dress like this is that it can be styled SO many ways. Think about it like jeans and go fancy with heels or casual with sandals. I would even wear booties with this and drape a leather jacket for evening!
